If that doesn't reveal the purchase I would suggest trawling through your Apple related purchases to find the receipt, make sure you can see the purchase. This link, Hide and unhide purchases in the Mac App Store will help there. The easiest thing to check is to see if your purchase of 1Password for Mac has been accidentally hidden in the Mac App Store. These are general as I'm addressing more than one person. That isn't to say there aren't a few things we can't check though. Obviously any issue regarding 1Password once it has launched is totally our domain but from purchase to download in the Mac App Store it's Apple you may end up needing to talk to. Hi & the first thing I'd like to do is just say clarify that if the issue is related to the Mac App Store that while we will do our best to advise, we have no control there at all. If you are interested I will outline the procedure to ensure the app is completely uninstalled so you can attempt to re-install from the Mac app store. This will not remove your vault but I suggest to take additional precautions as a safety measure. ![]() To fix this I suggest to use a third-party utility called UninstallPKG to completely eradicate the disk of the app including the aforementioned hidden files. This is very common when an app is moved to the trash and the trash subsequently emptied. If it does appear but says ‘Installed’ instead of ‘Download’ I have the feeling the app receipt and bill of materials files are still on your computer and recognised by the Mac app store. My guess is pressing ⌘-F4 will not show 1Password on the Purchase page. If not log out and back in using your Apple ID credentials. If it works press ⌘-F4 to reveal the Purchases page and check if 1Password exists. If your answer is no to the second question try to log in using the iCloud credentials for troubleshooting purposes. ⁍ Did you try to use your iCloud credentials even though you said you never use them to make purchases? ⁍ Is there any remanence of the app itself on your computer of course precluding your vault? To have a more clear understanding of your issue: The price at the time you purchase an app never matters you are of course eligible to re-download an app store purchase.
